Terms and Conditions

1. The pricelist is valid thru December 31st 2013 on regular trip.
2. The pricelist is valid for domestic tourists. Entrance fee surcharge for foreigners is IDR 25.000/pax.
3. Minimum departure for regular package of Explore Bromo-Madakaripura is six participants. In case that up to 7 days prior to the departure date, the reserving participants are less than 6 persons, the tour will be canceled or will be held by condition that the price will be adjusted to the price of on request package in regards to the number of the participants.
4. Reserve and pay deposit of 50% of the total price.
5. Deluxe package reservation is made for minimal 2 persons. In case that that is made individually, the package will be downgraded to the economic one or single room occupancy will be applied by disbursing
   IDR 100.000 for economic package
   IDR 175.000 for standard package
   IDR 325.000 for Executive package
   
6. The deposit is not refundable in any case of cancellation from participants 5 days prior to the departure date.
7. The deposit will be refunded 50% in any case of cancellation from participants 7 days prior to the departure date.
8. Any participants coming late in the starting point 2 hours more than the given time will be considered canceling the trip. Therefore, Explore Solo Community is not responsible for the losses and down payment is not refundable.
9. Itinerary is flexible and subject to change due to the weather condition and safety reason.

ITINERARY “BROMO-MADAKARIPURA” 2 days 1 night

Day 1

Arrive at one of picking up point in Surabaya (Gubeng railway station/ Bungurasih bus station / Juanda airport) in the morning; proceed your way to Madakaripura waterfall. Feel the cool atmosphere of the highest waterfall in East Java in the noon. History lies behind this curtain-like waterfall that Gajahmada, the prime minister of Majapahit Kingdom (one of the biggest kingdom in Indonesia in the past time) spend the rest of his life as an ascetic under the stream of the waterfall. Please yourself till afternoon comes, and go up to the hotel near Bromo. Check in, get your dinner and enjoy your free night.

Day 2

At 3.30 a.m. the hotel staff is ready to wake you up so that you won’t miss the stunning sunrise at Penanjakan (one of the best spot for sunrise hunting at Bromo – Tengger – Semeru National Park. Down to the savanna, the green lawn and hill is about to take your breath away. Stop by at vast caldera or the local people call it sea of sand before climb up to Mount Bromo. Your breakfast is ready on your table, so leave the mount to the hotel. After finishing your breakfast and packing your belongings, the driver is standing by to take you back to Surabaya. Tour ends.
